What is journaling?

Journaling — sometimes called junk journaling — is the art of turning scraps into a keepsake: old letters, ticket stubs, washi tape, pressed flowers, all layered onto a page you actually want to reopen. There's no single right way to do it — some pages are neat and structured, others are a joyful mess of texture and colour. It's a quiet, hands-on escape from the scroll, one page at a time.
